DEKA is a functional fitness test for all levels. There are 10 functional fitness zones participants will complete to earn there DEAKA MARK (time/score). There are three DEKA events, DEKA STRONG (ZERO RUNNING), DEKA MILE (160 M RUN BEFORE EACH ZONE EQUALING 1 MILE AT THE END) AND DEKA FIT (500 M RUN BEFORE EACH ZONE EQUALING 5K AT THE END).
Join us for weekly DEKA classes, Monday & Friday 10:00-11:00 am. The DEKA class is A 45 minute class designed to help prepare you for the DEKA events. Use this training to help you improve your fitness level and improve your DEKA MARK.
