Tribe Team Training
6 week small group training program that meets two times a week for TribeLIFE™ and three times a week for TribeFIT. With TRIBE Team Training™ you never repeat a workout meaning you will achieve more.
TribeLIFE™ will make you functionally fit for whatever challenge life throws at you. It combines low impact aerobic movements with functional strength exercises as well as core and flexibility exercises that will give you renewed energy to take on more of what life has to offer.
TribeFIT™ will make you functionally fit by combining athletic aerobic movements with functional strength exercises that will have you looking and feeling amazingly fit.

This high energy class designed to maintain your mind and body combines elements of Pilates, yoga and plyometrics to tone up your frame and tune up your mind. You will leave feeling toned, stretched, aligned, balanced, and with a new appreciation for your strong energetic body.
Framework focuses on training the whole body. You will find muscles you never knew you had and rediscover some ones that maybe have been hibernating. Show your body some appreciation and bring it in for a tune up.
Monday & Wednesdays 11:00-12:00pm
This is a style of vinyasa yoga that is fun, powerful and will challenge you to find your edge. You will become stronger physically and mentally and you’ll want to come back for more! Modifications and amplifications of poses will be available for all levels.

Weston Speed Academy
Speed is a skill that can be taught! We work with athletes as young as 5 years old. Our program meets twice a week, and is a continuous program. We work with the athletes on speed, agility, first step quickness, strength, power, endurance, body awareness, flexibility, mobility, vertical leap, and character building. ($100 monthly EFT)
Teens (12+) will build strength and increase their conditioning levels by lifting weights and using a variety of exercises. Our athletes will learn proper lifting technique using their own body weight and then progressing by adding external load. We encourage our athletes to add this program with Weston Speed Academy for maximum growth potential. ($100 monthly EFT- Combine with WSA $150 monthly EFT)
