Classes and Pricing

Hours: Open during class times.

Personal Training: If you are interested in personal training contact us and we will find the right trainer for you. Prices vary per trainer and duration of training session.

Tribe Team Training: Tribe is an 8-week small group progressive training program that never repeats a workout. You will train with your tribe and the same coach for 8 weeks to hold you accountable. During week 2 of your Tribe journey you will have and assessment where we will record either your time to complete the workout that day, number of rounds and/or weights. During week 8 you will complete the same workout to see how much you’ve improved over the course of your training. (2 day program is $230 for 8 weeks or $300 for the 3 day per week program)(If you would also like to participate in our group training or DEKA classes it’s an additional $35 per month)

TribeLIFE™ is about Low Impact Functional Exercise (L.I.F.E), where movement matters. It is whole-body integrated and explores our movement capability to build vitality and vigor. Every season has a focus, and every session has a training objective. For example, strength, endurance, stability, mobility, coordination and/or a combination of them all! Therefore, we will ensure that every movement counts and that you reach your goals. Over the next eight weeks we will also be kind to our joints while achieving the right intensity to decrease body fat, increase energy levels and be stronger, fitter, and more mobile season after season… Very exciting!

TribeFit STRONG ™combines athletic strength training with functional movement exercises to help you achieve a fit and strong physique in just eight weeks. There is no doubt that you will look and feel amazing! Like all TRIBE Team Training® programs, TribeFit STRONG ™ has a distinctive training style. Every time you come into the room you will see your session displayed on the board. This includes your WARM-UP, PRESCRIBED SESSION, and TIME/ROUNDS/SCORE. We begin each session with our WARM-UP, then proceed to overview the Training Objective, the formula, and the exercises.

TribeCORE™ is focused on creating maximum control throughout our core unit. Every season has a focus, and every session has a training objective. For example, strength, endurance, stability, power, mobility, and/or a combination of them all! Therefore, we will ensure that every movement counts and that you reach your goals. What is the core? It’s your belly, bum, back, and shoulders. Take off your arms and legs and what’s left? … That’s right, the core. Having focus and control throughout this area is what will guarantee your results. Our TribeCORE™ sessions are designed to build pressure in the working muscles to promote intelligent movement, stability, control, and flexibility. We will begin this week by awakening the center and learning our foundational movement patterns for the season.

Group Training: Looking for a fun and challenging workout? We have you covered. Our group training sessions are great for all ages and fitness levels. We provide plenty of progressions, regressions and modifications to tailor to our member’s needs. ($100 per month or $20 drop in)

DEKA: Come and train with a purpose, no matter what your fitness level is. Our DEKA classes are interval-based and include movements specifically designed by Spartan to prepare you for your next DEKA competition. Keep your eye out for our DEKA events to re-test you throughout the year. DEKA is for everyone! We hold DEKA MILE, STRONG, RUCK and ATLAS competitions throughout the year.

Children’s Programs:

WESTON SPEED ACADEMY (WSA), is for ages 7-12. Speed is a skill that can be taught! We work with young athletes on speed, agility, first step quickness, strength, power, endurance, body awareness, flexibility, mobility, vertical leap and character building. ($120 per month EFT)

TEEN LIFT is for ages 12+ to build strength and increase their conditioning levels by lifting weights and using a variety of functional exercises. Our athletes will learn proper lifting techniques using their own body weight and then progressing by adding external load. We encourage our athletes to add this program after WSA for maximum growth potential. We will also work with these athletes on speed, agility, first step quickness, strength, power, endurance, body awareness, flexibility, mobility, vertical leap, and character building. ($120 per month EFT)

We will follow the school system for closings. NO CHILDREN CLASSES on the following days:
